ONLINE SHOPPING PAGE
Things have changed. I still order most of the things that I buy from online sources but now after many, many problems with out of town orders, I only order things from local businesses. Do NOT think just because a national company has a location in your area that they will be happy to service your online purchase. The local store did not make the sale and the local management did not receive credit for the sale.
Order online from your LOCAL outlet. If something is wrong, you will then be able to go to the LOCAL store and resolve it.
Beware of "lowest price" Search Engines. Don't take a chance of big problems to save a few dollars. If you have problems, you need to be able to go into the store and resolve your complaint.
In the future people will shop just as they have in the past. They will use the internet to locate local businesses that have the products or services that they desire. But if something they need is not available, then they will them from out of their area.
I have listed online business web sites as a convenience but I make no recommendations. Just click on one. Good luck.

As we all know the internet is a new retail venue. Also a very strange one. The reason for this strangeness is that it is being run by "bannerness" (selling banners). It is as if you visited your local mall and instead of merchandise, the only thing visible was banners.
Folks and bannerites, I hate to tell you this but you can not eat, wear or use banners in any other way except look at them!
A website with lots and lots of "stickiness" (Supposedly) , sold for the fantastic sum of $30 Million dollars. How do you suppose your local supermarket owner would like aisles full of people "sticking" around, nothing being sold, just "sticking".
Any business needs buyers not "stickers". They need an internet site that is easy for buyers to access and actually BUY SOMETHING, not be presented with games, sports, and chat rooms and banners displaying things that they have no interest in seeing.
The biggest scam on the internet is getting people to place their banner on your site with promises to pay you. I have had a site on the net since 1987, and placed hundreds of "paying" banners on my sites, the money I have received from them would not buy a meal in a good restaurant. One of the biggest book sellers on the internet has used the banner system to get to be the biggest. How much do you suppose was paid to the sites displaying their banner?
Oh Well!! The rich get richer and the others get the promises.
Keep "sticking" Webmaster

It seems that a lot of people are starting to realize that "bannerness" and "Sticking" are not the same as selling merchandise and services. wouldn't you hate to be the one to have paid 30 Mill. for a " sticking " site?
